Description
Welding screw is also called energy storage screw, electric bolt welding stud, or planting welding nail, etc.
Welding screw is used in a small range, which is only used in the sheet metal industry and the factory producing the case.
Although the use of welding screw and riveting screw is the same, the use principle is quite different.
Riveting screw is fixed by its own locking embossed teeth, while welding screw is a small spot on the head of the screw.
Advantage:
1. Corrosion resistance
The anti-corrosion performance depends on the post-treatment after blackening. The black oxide film can provide corrosion resistance equivalent to 144 hours of salt spray exposure. It is usually to provide an extended shelf life for stored parts before use, or to prepare for further surface treatment (such as paint spraying).
2. Stability
The Fe3O4 film will not significantly change the size of the part, and the original size will not change (the same as when painting or electroplating), which provides corrosion protection for parts with limited dimensions.
3. Lubricity
After-treatment of the oil can not only prevent corrosion, but also the oil itself can make the operation and the matching parts smoother.
