Aluminum Extruding Stamping Corner Bracket
Aluminum extrusion is to put the aluminum billet into the extrusion cylinder, through the extrusion shaft to apply pressure on the aluminum, so that it is extruded from the given shape and size of the die hole, plastic deformation and obtain the required extrusion products a processing method. The metal flows in different directions during extrusion. Extrusion can be divided into positive extrusion, reverse extrusion and joint extrusion. In the case of forward extrusion, the movement direction of the extrusion shaft is consistent with the flow direction of the extruded metal, while in the case of reverse extrusion, the movement direction of the extrusion shaft is opposite to the flow direction of the extruded metal. According to the heating temperature of billet, extrusion can be divided into hot extrusion and cold extrusion. Hot extrusion is to heat the billet to the recrystallization temperature above the extrusion, cold extrusion is at room temperature extrusion.
