20 Foot container delivery of metal stamping parts
Prior to auto parts production, raw materials are released and inspected. This is followed by the inspection in the production process, where the field operator performs a self-check on the workpiece. The first sample inspection is conducted by IPQC to confirm whether the material and dimensional tolerance are in accordance with the drawing (the first inspection must be conducted for starting up, repairing the mold and refueling). Inspection inspection, on-site preliminary confirmation of product appearance, on-site sampling to confirm the appearance of key parts, bending cracks, precut copper wire, rough edges, etc.
Sampling inspection shall be carried out before shipment, and OQC shall be prepared (inspection specification, order data, AQL sampling plan... Conduct inspection of articles. It can be shipped after qualified inspection.
In the process of stamping parts processing to customers, the factory will carry out a series of material inspection, incoming inspection, process inspection, shipment inspection, inventory reinspection and so on. Ensure that the materials from the factory, proofing to the final product, are the same, meet customer requirements, high quality.
