Welding stud welding

The second is unstable arc stud welding. The difference with the former is that the power supply for the arc is a capacitor bank. The capacitor discharges between the end of the stud and the workpiece to realize the stud welding. Because capacitor discharge is an unstable arc process, that is, the arc voltage and welding power source change instantaneously, and the process is uncontrollable.
The third type of short cycle stud welding is short time stud welding. The welding arc is modulated by the current waveform, and consists of two parts: the smaller leading arc current and the larger welding arc current. Therefore, it is short-term stable or unstable arc stud welding.
