Description
Pre-treatment process of nickel plating:
Chemical degreasing→hot water cleaning→cold water cleaning→electrolytic cleaning→secondary degreasing→hot water cleaning→cold water cleaning→electrolytic cleaning pre-nickel activation→cold water cleaning→going water cleaning.
Process formula and process description:
Chemical degreasing: the same formula as the degreasing formula of Xitong steel parts, 60-80℃.
Hot water cleaning: 60-80℃, about 2 minutes.
Cold water cleaning: twice countercurrent rinsing or spray cleaning, room temperature, about 2 minutes.
Electrolytic cleaning: The formula of the alkaline degreasing liquid can be the same as the chemical degreasing liquid formula above, and the anode current density is 30-55 amperes/square decimeter, 15-30 seconds;
Pre-nickel plating: The flash plating solution formula is: 6 water nickel chloride 240 g/l, hydrochloric acid (30-33%) 320ml a few L, anode is nickel plate, part cathode, current density, 3.5-7.5 ampere/dm2 , 2-4 minutes.
