Description
Welding pin is a kind of high-strength rigid connection fasteners. Welding pins are cylindrical heads for arc stud welding, which is short for Cheese head studs for arc stud welding. The specifications of welding pins are nominal diameter Ф10～Ф25mm. The length is 40～300 mm. Welding pins have the manufacturer's identification mark made by embossing on the top surface of the head, and the welding pins have a wide range of uses.
Black oxidation treatment is a common method of chemical surface treatment. The principle is to produce an oxide film on the metal surface to isolate the air and achieve the purpose of rust prevention. The Fe3O4 film will not significantly change the size of the part, and the original size will not change (the same as when painting or electroplating), which provides corrosion protection for parts with limited dimensions.
4. Wear resistance
Where parts need to be run-in, the wear-resistant surface can sacrifice the external lubricating layer during initial contact and wear, and at the same time form a work-hardened surface. The Mohs hardness of the oxide film itself is 5.5.
