1) Cylindrical drawing: drawing cylindrical products with flanges (flanges). The flange and bottom are flat, the side walls of the cylinder are axially symmetrical, the deformation is evenly distributed on the same circumference, and the flange blank is deepened
2) 2. Elliptical drawing process: the blank deformation on the flange is tensile deformation, but the deformation amount and deformation rate change along the profile. The larger the curvature is, the larger the plastic deformation of the blank is; conversely, the smaller the curvature is, the smaller the plastic deformation of the blank is.
3) Rectangular drawing process: a low rectangular sheet formed by a single drawing. During the tensile process, the tensile strength of the corner in the deformation area of the flange is greater than that of the straight side, and the deformation degree of the corner is greater than the tensile strength of the straight side.
4)Angular drawing: If the side wall of the punched part is inclined, the side wall will hang over during the punching process and will not adhere to the die until the forming is complete. The deformation characteristics of different parts of the side wall are not exactly the same during the molding process.
