Description
The bushing is a matching part used outside the mechanical parts to achieve the functions of sealing, wear protection, etc. It refers to the ring sleeve that functions as a gasket. In the field of valve applications, the bushing is inside the valve cover, and corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite are generally used for sealing.
Bushings are used in: packaging machinery, textile machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, printing machinery, tobacco machinery, forging machinery, various types of machine tools and interchangeable mechanical transmission connections.
Installation: The expansion sleeve has been lubricated at the factory and can be directly installed and used. When installing, firstly screw three bolts into the screw holes of the flange of the other part, evenly distributed along the circumference, and push the inner sleeve and outer sleeve apart. Then put the expansion sleeve into the hub hole of the design position, and use a force measuring wrench to tighten the bolts. The tightening method is that each bolt is only tightened to 1/4 of the rated torque at a time. The tightening sequence is bounded by the opening. Left and right cross symmetrically and tighten in sequence to ensure that the rated torque value is reached.
